To maintain the high security standards of the UBIQUITY platform, the phase‑out plan for Runtime versions based on TLS protocols that are no longer up‑to‑date and less secure continues.

Starting from April 2026, all Runtime versions earlier than 5 will be declared obsolete and will no longer be able to connect to UBIQUITY servers.

We invite customers to check the version of the Runtime installed on their devices and update any systems that are affected.
