Settings
The Settings section allows to manage and configure optional settings that are applied to a domain.
Account
The
section includes two panes. The left pane shows the address details of the domain account, while the right pane shows the domain licenses and their related expiry date (if present).Click on Renew or Activate to manage your licenses, as needed.
Domain options
The
section provides a list of optional settings related to the devices registered to a specific domain.Require a comment when a device connection ends: The system requires the user to insert a comment after a remote connection session. |
Log all the connection operations: It enables the recording of all operation performed on remote devices, sorted by connection category. |
Require contact details when requesting assistance: It enables the Request Assistance Information window to pop up when a request for assistance is triggered. |
Send e-mail notification of the assistance requests: It allows any assistance request to be forwarded to a specific email address. |
Send e-mail notification of account information: It allows any administration notification be forwarded to a specific email address, such as a service expiration date. |
Require strong user password: The password used for the selected user shall comply with the IEC 62443 stardard. |
Enforce password change at next sign-in on user account creation: It forces the newly created user to setup a new password at their next sign-in. |
Note: If both Require contact details when requesting assistance and Submit Assistance Requests are enabled, the user of the Runtime device can provide a comment while sending their assistance request. The text in the comment shall not include
