Monday February 23 Scheduled Maintenance for SSL Certificate Update

Luca Begnini    Friday, February 13, 2026

On Monday, February 23rd, from 12:00 to 13:00 (CET), we will perform scheduled maintenance to renew the infrastructure SSL certificate.

After the certificate update, depending on the Ubiquity Runtime version, you may encounter different behaviors:

  • Runtime versions < 5.1
Certificate validation fails, but no warning is shown in the UI.
The connection is still established correctly, and functionality is not affected.

  • Runtime versions from 5.1 to 7
Certificate validation fails and a warning icon may be shown in the UI (for example, a shield icon next to Network Connection).
The connection is still established correctly, and functionality is not affected.

  • Runtime version ≥ 8
No issues are expected. Certificate validation succeeds, and no warning is displayed.

The warning indicates that the runtime is unable to fully validate the updated server certificate.
No user action is required, and this behavior has been assessed as acceptable from a product standpoint.

Reminder: As already communicated in the Ubiquity Runtime obsolescence campaign, all users are strongly encouraged to upgrade their Runtime to version 8 or later.
