Logs storage

The actions performed by the Tools are tracked in logs. These logs are available in each Tool related folder.

Tools

The general path is %localAppData%/ASEM/Ubiquity/Tools/<ApplicationName>_log_<device-if-any>_(1|2|…).txt

For example:

  • Interactive Access Tool: C:\Users\User1\AppData\Local\ASEM\Ubiquity\Tools\DeviceConnectionApplet_log_xxxx.txt
  • Device Setup Tool: C:\Users\User1\AppData\Local\ASEM\Ubiquity\Tools\DeviceSetup_log_xxxx.txt
  • Connection Settings Tool: C:\Users\User1\AppData\Local\ASEM\Ubiquity\Tools\Settings_log_xxxx.txt

Runtime for PC

The general path is: %ProgramData%/<CompanyName>/<ProductName>/<ComponentName>/<ApplicationName>_log_xxxx.txt

For example for Windows systems:

  • C:\ProgramData\ASEM\Ubiquity\Runtime\RuntimeService_log_1.txt
  • C:\ProgramData\ASEM\Ubiquity\Runtime\RuntimeUI_log_1.txt
  • C:\ProgramData\ASEM\Ubiquity\Runtime\RuntimeHelper_log_1.txt

On Linux systems, spaces must be replaced with underscores.

Runtime for devices

You can find the Runtime logs in your device System Manager under the Diagnostics section, or in the Interactive Access Tool, under the Log section.
