To continue ensuring the security of the UBIQUITY platform, as of today, all Runtimes with a version lower than 3 are considered obsolete and can no longer connect to our servers.

This measure is part of a broader technology upgrade that involves phasing out the outdated TLS 1.0 protocol in favor of more secure versions (TLS 1.2 and above), already implemented in Runtimes starting from version 8.

What you need to do

If you're using a Runtime with a version lower than 3, it is now offline and must be updated manually and locally, directly on the device where it is running as explained here
