The new version 14.1 of UBIQUITY is available!

As a reminder, from March 2025, Runtimes below version 3 and the Control Centre desktop application will be declared obsolete and will no longer be able to go online (more info here), the main new features of this release are:

Web-based interface for the Runtime: The PC runtime interface has been completely redesigned and is now available for both Windows and Linux operating systems and can be accessed directly from a browser. In addition, it is now possible to password protect access to the Runtime configuration.

Local Connection on Linux: Local Connection is now available from the Runtime on Linux Ubuntu 22.

Support for Windows 11: We have extended the compatibility to the Windows 11 operating system for both UBIQUITY Tools and UBIQUITY Runtime.

Optimisation of relay server selection: UBIQUITY Runtime and UBIQUITY Tools include improvements to the relay server selection algorithm, ensuring that VPN connections always use the closest and most responsive server. This improvement ensures lower latency and therefore faster connections.

Ubiquity Tools SDK: The UBIQUITY Tools SDK, used in conjunction with the Web API, allows UBIQUITY to be easily integrated with other systems. While the Web API allows you to manage users, groups and devices in the domain, the UBIQUITY Tools SDK allows you to establish a VPN connection to a remote device and send and receive files.
