Updating the platform componentsΒΆ

All UBIQUITY components support notification mechanisms and upgrade to new available versions.

The latest versions of Control Center, Runtime and Router are made available for download on the website


to be manually retrieved and installed. Setup files available on the site may be used to perform updates locally by using for example a USB pen drive.

Updates are also made available on the server infrastructure through an automatic upgrade of a manually scheduled upgrade process of field devices.

Versions available for automatic updates are distinguished in:

  • Certified: certified versions that have passed the security audits;

  • Stable: official versions released and taken into production;

  • Beta: beta versions are released for the sole purpose of test and evaluation of new features or fixes introduced.
