UBIQUITY Runtime allows the user to view and export Runtime logs and the list of activities executed during the assistance sessions (see Audit: connections and domain administration log for more details).

From the “Log” tab, it is possible to:

  1. export Runtime logs in TXT format, containing the information displayed in the log window;

  2. export the log of the activities executed during the assistance session by specifying a start date and an end date, in CSV format.

The operation logs recorded at this stage contain information about each connection made to the device and show the following information.

Domain name

Name of the domain on which the device is registered

Public IP

Public IP address of Control Center from which the remote connection has started on the device

Device name

Device name

Connection time

Date and time of the connection to the device

Disconnection time

Date and time of the disconnection from the device


Operation performed on the device


Date and time of the operation


The “Connection log” is only available if the corresponding Domain option has been previously activated by the Domain administrator.


Session log is only compatible with PRO licensing model. See chapter UBIQUITY Licensing Model.
